At ZUVIO Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
